Abstract
The study demonstrated the statistical comparability of the compared groups of patients in terms of the presence of possible risk factors for the development of endothelial dysfunction during pregnancy. The analysis demonstrates the positive effect of Dipyridamole on the functional state of the endothelium during pregnancy, and also confirms the informative value of the parameter sICAM-1, sVCAM-1, factor vFW and Protein p53Ed/ml in assessing endothelial dysfunction during pregnancy. The study of these parameters can be used to monitor the effectiveness of treatment, prognosis and prevention of diseases.
