The research focuses on the changing landscape from the client's viewpoint, exploring how the emergence of ride-sharing services and modern taxi models has significantly altered the transportation choices of Mumbai residents. The investigation covers diverse aspects, such as consumer preferences, accessibility, convenience, fare differentials, technology adoption, environmental impact, and customer challenges. Additionally, the study assesses the broader implications for Mumbai's transit system, considering the city's ongoing modernization and its impact on the daily lives of its citizens.
